You can request deletion of your personal data from any GetBiz Solutions product — GetBiz HRMS, GetBiz Social, GetBiz Email Campaign, GetBiz CRM, and our websites. This page explains how, and what to expect.

Request deletion of your data

If you wish to request deletion of your data from our systems, click below and include your account details. We’ll verify the request and process it promptly.

Request Data Deletion

Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

1. Who can request deletion

Any account owner or user can request deletion of their personal data. If your data was added to a GetBiz product by your employer or another organization (for example, your employee record in HRMS or your contact entry in a customer’s Email Campaign list), that organization controls the data. We will forward your request to them and assist as their data processor.

2. How to submit a request

  • Email contact@getbiz.solutions with the subject “Data Deletion Request,” or use the button above.
  • Tell us which product the data is in (HRMS, Social, Email Campaign, CRM, or website), the account email, and your company name.
  • Describe what you want deleted (your entire account, a connected social account’s data, a contact list, or specific records).

3. Self-service options

  • Account holders: most data can be removed from within the product, or by asking your account administrator to delete your user and associated records.
  • GetBiz Social: you can disconnect a linked social account at any time from the integration settings, which revokes our access and removes the associated tokens.
  • GetBiz Email Campaign: recipients can unsubscribe via any campaign email; list owners can delete contacts directly.

4. Verification

To protect your data, we verify the identity and authority of the requester before deleting anything. We may ask you to confirm from the account’s registered email address or provide additional details.

5. What we delete

On a verified request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with your request across our active systems. Some data may be retained where required by law (for example tax, accounting, or security records) or in backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule.

6. Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days, and in any case within the timeframes required by applicable law. We’ll confirm by email once completed.
